When you order any of our bulk SMS pack you get the
accompanied free SMS. If for any reason you did not get
the accompanied SMS contact us immediately. See the free
SMS that accompanies each SMS pack before you buy from.
However, free sms is optional and not compulsory,
especially if you are not a first time user.
IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD THE BULK TEXT FILE BE?
It must be a text file. CSV / TXT. As long as the
numbers are in a text file, and the numbers are human
readable, each number typed in a separate line. If you
want to include name, the name should follow each
number, separated by a comma and each contact number and
name must be in a separate line.
CAN I SEND SMS TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Yes. You can send to 700+ Networks around the globe.
However, sending SMS outside your specified route would
mean paying more for such route.
